Instore pick ups are now available from our Bondi Beach store. Order before 10am to collect your order from 2pm daily - at this stage we do not facilitate pickups on weekends or public holidays. Please bring proof of purchase/order number to collect. Select "Pick Up" at checkout. Goods bought after 12pm on Friday are not available for collection until Monday from 2pm.
* Please note there may be slight delays with Australia Post & DHL deliveries. Please allow 1-2 additional days.
* Please note that DHL & Express Australia Post operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee and can take up to 5 days to be delivered.
Wrong Order Details
Please contact us ASAP and we’ll see if we can intercept it! If you have entered the wrong shipping information and if the package is still in warehouse, we can update the address. If the order has been dispatched, we will assist with a redelivery, depending on the status on the order. Please note that redirection can increase the delivery time with up to 5 days.
If a delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Tuchuzy within 10 days. We can then re-book your order to the correct address.
Order Cut-Off Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed as we often fulfil our online orders from multiple locations. Generally, if you place an order before 10am, it will be sent that afternoon. During sale periods, processing time can be between 24-72 hours.
Track My Order
If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the Tuchuzy website. Alternatively, you can track your order directly using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking code, please call or email us.
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to.
Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

Authority To Leave
As Tuchuzy do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend to have it delivered to your work instead.
International Express Shipping, 1-5 business days, $30
Tuchuzy offer world wide International Shipping. If we are unable to book an international shipment through Australia Post we will contact the customer to alternative work out an alternative address or cancel the order.
We use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country. Please feel free to contact customer service if you have any further queries.
Delivery can take anywhere between 1-5 business days. If you’d like it faster, please call or email us and we may be able to provide a quote for a faster service. Generally speaking, the closer your are to Australia and to a capital city, the closer you can expect the item to arrive in the quicker end of that delivery estimate.
