Please ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.

1. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery for Australian and New Zealand customers and 21 days for international orders. 
   
   
2. Item/s must be unworn with original tags attached.
   For hygiene reasons, lingerie and earrings cannot be returned (unless deemed faulty
   
   
3. Refunds will be issued for full priced products only. Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Please note original shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

Please allow up to 7 business days upon us receiving your parcel for your return to be processed through our warehouse.

We recommend you send your item back using a traceable service so you know when we’ve received it. Tuchuzy will not be held accountable for returns sent without tracking that may be lost by the carrier.

Tuchuzy can only refund the amount back to the original payment method used while placing the order. If a card has been cancelled and we are unable to process the refund, we will issue a credit note.
