The Balinese Ylang Ylang Candle by Lumira is an ode to sensuality and romance, this scent harnesses the renowned aphrodisiac properties of the golden ylang ylang flower, traditionally used to adorn the hair of Indonesian brides. Its narcotic effect is emboldened by jasmine sambac and black orchid, and crowned with a delicate aromatic spice. The vivid smokiness of incense, coupled with the rich earthiness of velvety sandalwood and patchouli, make this fragrance truly intoxicating.

Candle care: To ensure an even and smoke-free burn, the wick should be trimmed to a length of 5mm each time before lighting. Candles should never be left burning unattended and discontinue when 10mm of wax remains.

All customers within metro Sydney are eligible for our same day delivery service. Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday to receive same day delivery. Customers must be based in the below metro areas to qualify. Orders will be delivered within 3-4 hours from the time of booking. Same day shipping is charged at a flat fee of $20.

Click & Collect orders received after 12pm on Friday will not be ready for collection until after 12pm the following Monday.
Tuchuzy offer world wide International Shipping. If we are unable to book an international shipment through Australia Post we will contact the customer to alternative work out an alternative address or cancel the order.
We use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country. Please feel free to contact customer service if you have any further queries.
Delivery can take anywhere between 1-5 business days. If you’d like it faster, please call or email us and we may be able to provide a quote for a faster service. Generally speaking, the closer your are to Australia and to a capital city, the closer you can expect the item to arrive in the quicker end of that delivery estimate.
Wrong Order Details
If any information on your order is incorrect we can attempt to amend this before your order is dispatched to the courier. Please contact us on 1300 043 105 and we will attempt to intercept.
If a delivery is unsuccessful the package will be returned to Tuchuzy within 10 business days. Once received back to us we can then re-ship your order to the correct address.
Order Cut-Off Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it has been placed. Generally, if you place an order before 12pm, it will be sent that afternoon. During busy sale periods, order processing time can be between 24-72 hours.
Track My Order
If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the Tuchuzy website. Alternatively, you can track your order directly using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking code, please call or email us.
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to.
Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

Authority To Leave
As Tuchuzy do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend to have it delivered to your work instead.
